COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:35 am <br />11:25 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: SQUEEZE BURGER Date: 09/02/2021 <br />Address: 2742 NAGLEE RD, TRACY 95304 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 833-7992 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054208 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CO0054208 states: "FIRE IN KITCHEN AROUND 10:25AM. KITCHEN BEING SHUT DOWN BECAUSE WET <br />CHEMICALS WERE USED TO PUT OUT FIRE." <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site 9:08am-9:19am: Facility is not ready. Equipment (fryers and refrigeration under the flat top) still has blue/green <br />colored fire suppression chemical present. Equipment must be degreased, cleaned and sanitized prior to facility re-opening. <br />An inspection must occur. Call inspector when ready. <br />Returned to facility at 11:25am. Corrections have been made. Obtained a copy of invoice from Hayden Fire Protection. <br />OK to re-open granted at 11:35am <br />Report typed up at the office 2:22pm-2:37pm <br />No signature obtained <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
