COMPLAINANT STATES THAT <br /> IT SMELLS LIKE SOMETHING IS DEAD AND ROTTING AND STARTING TO PRODUCE GASES. COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES THE FURTHER YOU GO BACK IN THE STORE, THE WORSE THE SMELL GETS, THEY HAD TO LEAVE THE <br /> STORE BECAUSE THEY BECAME DIZZY AND NAUSEOUS AND AFTER THEY LEFT, THEY VOMITED ON THE SIDE <br /> OF THE ROAD. COMPLAINANT BELIEVES THEY COULD BE USING A CHEMICAL LIKE CYANIDE TO KILL RATS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
