Hwy. 99 <br />Stockton, CA 95212 <br />Dear Owners: <br />Community Development Department <br />Planning , Building v Code Enforcement , Fire Prevention a GIS <br />Re: Site Approval No. PA -2100193 of Stockton Baptist Church (c/o New Cingular Wireless) <br />(APN[s]/Address: 087-030-14 / 4545 E. Hacienda Ln., Stockton) <br />ACTION: On December 17, 2021, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br />Site Approval No. PA -2100193 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br />must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $353.00. The 10 -day appeal <br />period ends at 4:30 p.m. on December 27, 2021. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period <br />will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br />June 28, 2023).
