(Supervisorial District 2) <br />OWNER: Stockton Baptist Church <br />ADDRESS: 4545 E. Hacienda Lane, Stockton <br />NFORMATION: <br />APPLICANT: New Lingular Wireless <br />APN: 087-030-14 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area. <br />The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). <br />Hacienda Lane is a privately maintained road. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br />encroachment permits are for flatwork only —all vertical features, including but not limited to <br />fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right- <br />of-way.) (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br />2) Prior to issuance of the building permit, the driveway approach in the County right-of-way shall be <br />improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards <br />Drawing No. R-17. Return radii for truck -trailer egress shall be designed to prevent encroachment <br />onto opposing lanes of traffic.
