The project consists of <br /> the installation of a dairy digester system that will process manure waste through a gas <br /> collection and water filtration system to convert greenhouse gases (GHG) to renewable <br /> natural gas, in order to reduce GHG emissions (Project). The Project is located on the <br /> south east corner intersection of S Kasson Road and E Linne Road in Tracy, CA (APN <br /> 241-380-02). <br /> The District offers the following comments: <br /> 1) Project Related Emissions <br /> At the federal level under the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), the <br /> District is designated as extreme nonattainment for the 8-hour ozone standards and <br /> serious nonattainment for the particulate matter less than 2.5 microns in size <br /> (PM2.5) standards.
