I § 25507 , failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business 2 plan . A hazardous materials business plan has not been established or 3 implemented . A hazardous materials business plan shall be established and 4 implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of 5 6 a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the 7 threshold quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquid , 500 pounds 8 for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature 9 and pressure . This violation was cited November 14 , 2017 and was 10 corrected July 24 , 2019 . 11 3 . 2 The Respondents violated HSC 25508 ( a ) ( 1 ) , failed to electronically 12 13 submit a business plan . The facility' s business plan was not submitted 14 electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . As 15 of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business 16 plans electronically . This violation was cited November 14 , 2017 and was 17 corrected July 24 , 2019 . 18 3 . 3 The Respondents violated HSC 25506 ( a ) , failed to complete and /or 19 submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site . 20 21 Reportable amounts of diesel and propane were found on site which had not 22 been reported . Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity 23 shall be reported in the facility' s business plan . This violation was cited 24 November 14 , 2017 and was corrected July 24 , 2019 . 25 3 . 4 The Respondents violated HSC 25505 ( a ) (2 ) , failed to complete 26 and /or submit a site map with all required content .
