USING A BAG TO COVER <br /> PIPE BUT WATER IS STILL LEAKING THROUGH. <br /> —PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the facility. Observed an empty pink plastic bag tied to the pipe inside the display cooler. No active leaking was <br /> observed coming from the bag onto the meat.The assistant manager,Agustin Hernandez,was unaware of the alleged <br /> complaint or of the pink bag tied to the equipment.Agustin asked all meat department employees if they had seen any liquid <br /> leaking onto the meat and why the bag was tied to the equipment.The employees were also unaware of the alleged leaking <br /> and why the bag was placed there. <br /> Observed condensation forming inside on the stainless steel cooling equipment over the meat. I did not observe any leakage <br /> onto the meat.Assistant manager was told that cooling equipment should not have a formation of condensation.
