Operator indicated that submittal of updated information is pending. Updated information shall describe types and <br /> quantities of wastes being dismantled,handled,and. SWFP item# 16 requires that solid waste division will notify <br /> the EHD 30 days prior to processing additional types of e-wastes not currently approved. <br /> 2.Note Letter dated April 19,2006 describing u-waste screening operation indicates that tipping floor personnel will <br /> remove u-wastes to the extent that it is safe and practical. <br /> 3. AC PRC 44014(b)—Waste pile height at south end of tipping floor exceeded 12 feet. SWFP Section 17 Item 14(i) <br /> requires that waste pile not to exceed 12 feet in height. <br /> 5. Note T 14 CCR 17414—Loader daily log for March was missing from binder. Provide records. <br /> 4. Notes: <br /> A. Two loaders were in operation and tipping floor congestion was low at time of inspection. <br /> B. Observed Tipping floor personnel removing CRT at time of inspection. <br /> C. Rodent bait present in all rodent traps. <br /> D. Compactor was not in operation at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with TPR. <br /> E. Misters were being used throughout inspection. Low dust levels were observed at time of inspection. <br /> F. Customer self haul vehicle backed partially off tipping floor at time of inspection.
