AC Title 27 CCR 17415.2—Fire Fighting Equipment—Gauge on fire extinguisher(at south wall along stairs from <br /> public side) indicated no charge. <br /> a. Service/replace fire extinguisher so as to be fully functioning. <br /> 2. AC Title 27 CCR 17407.5—Hazardous and Liquid Wastes—Observed CRT in waste pile and was not removed until <br /> pointed out by LEA. <br /> a. Provide thorough screening of hazardous waste. <br /> 3. Notes: <br /> A. Rodent bait stations with rodent killer(PVC pipe and plastic container)currently used for rodent control present in <br /> all rodent stations. <br /> B. Compactor was not in operation and parke was parked on cement floor at <br /> designated area. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with the SWFP and TPR. <br /> C. Low waste pile volume observed at time of inspection with low congestion. 4 windrowed waste piles were present <br /> arranged beneath mister system for dust control. <br /> D. Records indicated that there were 40 outbound trips on July 11,2006. Waste piles heights on tipping floor were <br /> well below 12 feet in height. <br /> E. Observed loader screening out u-wastes from waste piles. Observed u-wastes stored in u-waste bins on tipping <br /> floor,public side,and commercial side area. <br /> F.
