AC Title 14 CCR 17407.5 -Hazardous and Liquid Wastes—Observed waste oil on the ground at time <br /> of inspection. No containment or absorbent being used. <br /> a. Provide adequate storage of Hazardous Wastes. <br /> 2. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.4—Dust Control—Dusty conditions observed at time of inspection. Misters <br /> not being used.while loader was creating large amount of dust on commercial side of tipping <br /> floor. <br /> a. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br /> 3. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.2—Cleaning—Observed dirty conditions on U-waste recycling area ground. <br /> a. Provide more adequate cleaning. <br /> 4. AC Title 14 CCR 17415.2—Fire Fighting Equipment—One fire extinguisher at north side was without <br /> proper sign and another fire extinguisher at east side was pulled out from the load and <br /> placed on the wall next to the fire hose. <br /> a. Station personnel shall properly maintain fire suppression equipment. <br /> 5. Notes: <br /> A. Compactor was not in operation at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in <br /> accordance with the SWFP and TPR. <br /> B. No rodent bait station observed on south side. Recommended to install one or two bait stations <br /> and traps on south side. <br /> C. Random Load Inspection Record was not found for 10/20/06. Provide record.
