AC Title 14 CCR 17409.5 — Load checking - Observed 4 propane cylinders at west side were pulled out from the <br />load and placed next to the wall. <br />a. Provide additional training to raise level of handling and storing of hazardous wastes. <br />2. AC Title 14 CCR 17415.2 — Fire Fighting Equipment — One fire extinguisher at north side and one at east north <br />side were expired. <br />Notes <br />a. Service/replace fire extinguishers so as to be fully functioning. <br />b. Station personnel shall properly maintain fire suppression equipment. <br />A. Compactor was not in operation at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance <br />with SWFP and TPR. <br />B. Waste pile volume was moderate at time of site visit. Keep waste pile height less than 12 feet. <br />C. Observed — 100 birds on tipping floor. Take adequate steps to minimize bird attraction. <br />D. Dust level was low at time of inspection. Observed misters being used on numerous occasions. <br />E. One new rodent bait station (on south side) installed in transfer building (AC cleared). <br />F.
