If possible and safe to do so,identify and shut down source of the discharge to stop the flow, <br /> ?. Contain the discharge vwth absorbent pads,booms or other materials. <br /> 3. If the spill is beyond the capabilities of on-site staff to control and clean up.immedlately — <br /> evacuate the area and call 911, <br /> Be prepared to provide the following information, <br /> a_ Name,facility address,facility phone number <br /> b. Date and time of discharge <br /> c. Type of material discharged <br /> d. Estimate of the total quantity discharged <br /> e. Source of the discharge <br /> f. Description of all affected media(e,g,water,land,air) <br /> g. Cause of the discharge <br /> �. h. Damages or injuries caused by the discharge <br /> i- Actions being used to stop,remove,and mitigate the effects of the discharge <br /> j. Whether an e%r cualior has oceurretl <br /> k.
