Keep waste pile height less than 12 feet. <br /> B. Records maintained and up to date. <br /> C. Compactor was not in use at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with SWFP and TPR. <br /> D. On September 14, 2015 the EHD received compliant regarding excessive dust at the loading and tipping floor areas. <br /> During investigation the EHD confirmed dusty conditions on site on that day. Dust came from the tipping floor from the <br /> loader operations. There were not enough staff to guide customers during welding activities that occurred that day. <br /> Discussed conducting mandatory dust control training for all employees with Operator. When any side activities are <br /> occurring, operator should provide adequate dust control and properly isolate areas. Operator shall improve dust control <br /> measures and customer service. <br />
