CalRecycle <br />Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br />of San Joaquin <br />I 39 -AA -0008 I 7/13/2010 I LEA Periodic I <br />Lovelace Transfer Station lCounty Of San Joaquin Public Works Dept <br />2323 Lovelace Road, Manteca <br />Natalia Subbotnikova <br />95336 <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X 117407.5 - Haz., Liq., & Special Wastes <br />Comments: Observed waste oil on the top of 55 gal drum at the Used Oil Recycling Area. <br />- Remove oil from the top of 55 gal drum. <br />- Provide additional training to raise level of handling and storing hazardous wastes <br />Notes: <br />A. Dust levels were low at time of inspection (Previous AC cleared). <br />B. Compactor was not in use at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with SWFP and TPR. <br />C. Waste pile volume was moderate at time of inspection. Keep waste pile height less than 12 feet. <br />D. Records maintained and up to date. <br />
