Provide more adequate load checking. <br />b. Provide communication with tipping floor personnel through meetings and training to raise level of screening <br />and handling of hazardous and special wastes. <br />X <br />17407.4 - Dust Control <br />Comments: Dusty conditions observed on commercial side at time of inspection. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br />b. Recommend starting mist system and fire hose application before truck dumps load rather than after load is <br />dumped (to keep plumes of dust down more effectively). Starting mist/hose application after load is dumped <br />allows plumes more time to migrate. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Compactor was not in use at time of inspection.
