DEVRIES ROAD AND THROWING <br />WASTE IN 19899 N. DEVIRES ROAD. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: HAD PHONE CONVERSATION WITH OWNER OF 19899 N. DEVRIES RD. SHE STATED HER PROPERTY <br />IS FENCE FROM THE VINEYARD AND CURRENTLY IS NOT ENCOUNTERED HUMAN DEFECATION ON HER PROPERTY. ALSO SPOKE <br />OWNER OF 19775 N. DEVRIES RD PROPERTY. OWNER STATED HE SAW HUMAN WASTE AROUND MARCH OR APRIL NEAR SHOP <br />LOCATED ON 3409 W. WOODBRIDGE ROAD AND HIS PROPERTY LINE. THE HAPPENED IN EITHER MARCH OR APRIL. HE DISPOSED <br />THE WASTE AND HAS NOT SEEN IT SINCE THAT TIME. <br />DROVE OUT TO THE SITE TO ACCESS 3409 W. WOODBRIDGE IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE HOWEVER I COULD NOT ENTER THE <br />PROPERTY AS IT WAS GATED AND LOCKED. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: No FURTHER ACTION NEEDED.
