Person in charge has a language barrier. He tried to call the manager but could not get hold off her. <br />Hand sink has temp at 10%F and fully supplied with soap and temporary paper roll. Sanitizer bucket is set up with chlorine <br />200 ppm at the front counter. <br />Follow up inspection is required in 2 weeks. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
