COMPLAINANT ORDERED THE <br />SAME THING EACH TIME, EGG WHITE AND AVOCADO SANDWICH WITH NO SALT OR PEPPER, COMPLAINANT IS <br />ALLERGIC TO PEPPER AND HAS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND SO THEY DON'T USE SALT. COMPLAINANT <br />ALLEGES THAT ALL 3 TIMES, THEY ADDED SALT AND PEPPER, DESPITE COMPLAINANT ASKING THEM NOT TO <br />BECAUSE OF THEIR RESTRICTIONS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, he is not aware of the complaint. <br />As per manager, when facility deals with allergens, the let the manager prepare the order. All managers have valid food <br />manager certificates and all other employees have valid food handler cards. <br />When dealing with allergens, prep surface is sanitized with available sanitizer( SmartPower 272-700 ppm DDBSA and <br />704-1875 ppm Lactic acid.) <br />Then washing hands and wearing new gloves and using clean separate utensils that will be washed after food preparation to <br />avoid cross contamination. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
