SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS <br />Section 00800 <br />15-1207 <br />1.01 GENERAL <br />A. AIA Document A201, 2007, "General Conditions of the Contract for Construction", Article 1 <br />through 15 inclusive, is a part of this contract. <br />B. The General Conditions are modified as follows. Where any part of the General Conditions <br />is modified or deleted, unaltered provisions shall remain in effect. <br />1.02 MODIFICATIONS TO GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />§1.1 BASIC DEFINITIONS <br />§1.1.1 DELETE this paragraph in its entirety and SUBSTITUTE the following: <br />§1.1.1 THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />The Contract Documents consist of the CONTRACT AGREEMENT, NOTICE TO <br />CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS, ACCEPTED BID FORM, LIST OF <br />SUBCONTRACTORS, GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENATRY CONDITIONS, <br />CALIFORNIA BID BOND, NON -COLLUSION AFFIDAVIT, GUARANTEE BOND and <br />LABOR AND MATERIAL and FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BONDS which are attached <br />to and are part of this agreement. The complete Contract also includes the Drawings, <br />Specifications, all items listed in the Project Manual and all modifications, addenda and <br />amendments thereto. All Contract Documents are intended to cooperate so that any <br />work called for in one and not mentioned in the other, or vice versa, is to be executed <br />the same as if mentioned in all Contract Documents. Unless otherwise enumerated <br />within the agreement the contract does not include information provided "for reference <br />OR for information only" either bound within or attached to the project manual or <br />drawings, advertisement or invitation to bid, instructions to bidders, samples forms, or <br />other information furnished by the Owner in anticipation of receiving bids, the <br />Contractor's bid or proposal, or portions of addenda relating to the bid process or bidding <br />requirements. <br />§1.1.2 THE CONTRACT, ADD the following subparagraph: <br />The Contract may be modified only by a written Change Order, issued and <br />signed by the Architect and approved and signed by the Owner's governing <br />board. <br />ADD the following paragraph: <br />§1.1.9 Definitions: <br />.1 "Shown": as shown on the Drawings <br />.2 "Directed": as directed by the Architect or Owner. <br />
