MOUNTAIN HOUSE h1ASTER PLANF <br />17.15 INTERPRETATIONS, AMENDMENTS AND MINOR ADJUSTMENTS <br />This Master Plan and subsequent Specific Plans are legislative acts approved by <br />the Board of Supervisors. Certain elements of these Plans are approved by <br />resolution, other parts by ordinance. <br />Where interpretations are necessary, the Director of the Community Development <br />Department will have the decision-making auttiorlty, with such decisions <br />appealable to the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors. No <br />changes to previously adopted resolutions or ordinances are required for <br />interpretations. <br />Where substantive changes are proposed. an amendment will be required_ <br />Amendments require the completion of an environmental assessment and the <br />adoption of new resolutions or ordinances. Amendments fallow the same <br />procedures as adoption of the Plans: public hearings before the Planning <br />Commission and Board of Supervisors and approval by the Board of Supervisors_ <br />Minor adjustments may be approved by the Director of the Community <br />Development Department. "Minor adjustments" shall be limited to editorial <br />corrections and clarifications. <br />Implementation - <br />a) Master Plan Amendment. An amendment to the Master Plan shall require <br />analysis to ensure internal consistency w9hin the Master Plan and <br />consistency with other plans relevant to Mountain Nouse.
