All line sizing will be engineered to handle <br />through flows from suecressive neighborhoods in amordanoe with the Master Plan_ Cost <br />and phasing assumptions are discussed in more detail in the Public 5nancing Plan (PFI'). <br />Plan Description <br />SPII will be developed in accordance with all Com munky Approvals which govern We <br />provision, operation, and financing of at; wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment and <br />disposal systems_ The inanckng and construction mechanisms for all such facilities have <br />alreedy been created and are currently being implemented by the MHC8❑ as part of <br />devalopmnt of the Mountain House Community. SPH will also be subject to these same <br />requirements and mechanisms, <br />SPII Implementation Measures <br />1. Costs and Phasing.
