MOUNTAIN HOUSE MASTER PLAN <br />Medium -High Density Residential (RfMH) <br />Mediurn-High Density Residential areas are loraled near natural amenities. <br />primarily along the Mountain House Greek comdar. RrMH uses are also located <br />near village commercial centers, Town Canter, and other higher intensity use <br />areas, with the result that almost every neighborhood includes some of this type <br />of housing. The WX designation allows <br />for more urban densities. InnavaWe design, and a more efficient land and <br />inrrastructure utilization than would be perrnilted under other traditional <br />designatlons. <br />Neighborhood Commercial (C?N} <br />The purpose of Neighborhood Commercial area is to provide for small, localized <br />retall and service businesses that offer goods and merchandise, located within <br />easy pedestrian and bicycle access to tha Immediate neighborhood. Each <br />neighboFhood includes a one and ane -half acre site to serve residents With a mint <br />grocery, barber shop, cleaners, real estate offices, or similar businesses. These <br />sites may also include professlonal services surli as physician's offices, <br />teleoammuting canter, child care, gFCC p 130M and OthESF public OF instltutibnal uses, <br />and indoor or outdoor recreation uses including swimming pools_ Neighborhood <br />Commercial uses also serve special areas succi as the marina and golf course <br />areas. <br />Community Commercial ICIC) <br />A Community Commercial area provides a full range of retail and service <br />establishments, allowing oomparison shopping and serving the daily shopping <br />needs of the community.
