Do not click links or open attachments unless
you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Hello Claudia,
The tank is empty and no longer leaking as of 11/5/2020. Any phosphoric acid that leaked from the tank
appears to be contained within the concrete ring wall. Until the liner inspection is complete, I am not
sure if the liner will be replaced or repaired. If replaced, it will be disposed of.
The drip pan that you refer to is under a leak detection port to see if there is acid between the liner and
the tank. We did not see any acid come out of that port so the liquid level between tank and liner was
lower than that point.
We have meetings over the next couple of days to finalize the plan for moving forward with cleaning,
repair and any remediation.
Thank you,
Ryan Mock
Environmental Manager
J.R.
