We had 5 bins (20 yard capacity) of RCRA waste; the bins are approximately 75% full to meet transport weight
restrictions. Three of those five bins have already arrived at the Clean Harbors Grassy Mountain facility in Utah. The
transporter should have final weights to me by end of this week for those loads. The final 2 RCRA waste bins are
scheduled to be picked up this week and will also go to that same disposal facility.
We have 5 bins (20 yd capacity) of soils for the Non-RCRA hazardous waste. The non-RCRA hazardous waste is the
soil/gravels from the excavation. I've attached the lab report for those soils. These containers are scheduled for pickup
this week as well and will be disposed of at the Kettleman Hills facility in California.
Once we have confirmation that all waste has reached the disposal facility, we will send you a complete report that
includes copies of the manifests and disposal records.
I've copied Mike Catania who is filling Brennan's role for the facility.
Thank you,
Krista Kinsey, P.E.
Environmental Engineering Manager
J.R.
