Hello Claudia,
We have received the signed manifests for all waste generated with the project. I've included them
here for your information. Please see the table in the attached Excel file that summarizes the waste
loads, weights and disposal facilities. The only lab analysis conducted was for demonstration of the
Non-RCRA CA Hazardous Waste for soils, which was included in my email to you last month. I believe
this satisfies the documentation you have requested.
We are anxious to start backing as soon as possible. We have some on-site project schedules contingent
on backfilling starting no later than May 1. With the site visit you conducted with Brennan, and this
documentation, can you authorize the backfilling?
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Krista Kinsey, P.E.
Environmental Engineering Manager
J.R. Three of those five bins have already arrived at the Clean Harbors Grassy Mountain
facility in Utah. The transporter should have final weights to me by end of this week for those
loads. The final 2 RCRA waste bins are scheduled to be picked up this week and will also go to that same
disposal facility.
We have 5 bins (20 yd capacity) of soils for the Non-RCRA hazardous waste. The non-RCRA hazardous
waste is the soil/gravels from the excavation. I've attached the lab report for those soils. These
containers are scheduled for pickup this week as well and will be disposed of at the Kettlennan Hills
facility in California.
Once we have confirmation that all waste has reached the disposal facility, we will send you a complete
report that includes copies of the manifests and disposal records.
I've copied Mike Catania who is filling Brennan's role for the facility.
Thank you,
2
