Wong,Jeff [EHD]
From: Wong,Jeff [EHD]
Sent: Tuesday, August 17, 2021 5:05 PM
To: mailto:Amber.Ginorio@Waterboards.ca.gov
Cc: Henry, Michelle D [EHD]; Naidu, Muniappa [EHD]; Shih, Steven [EHD]
Subject: Illegal Discharge Referral 2470 and 2478 Wilcox, Stockton (Formurex and Stockton
Propeller)
Attachments: 2470 Wilcox (Formurex) Referral to State.pdf; 2478 Wilcox (Stockton Propeller) Referral
to State.pdf
Amber:
Please see the two attached documents regarding the illegal discharge of hazardous and industrial waste to the septic
system at the above property. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has issued two separate
Notice to Abate to both businesses to cease prohibited discharge and take measure to permanently prevent any further
illegal discharge to septic system. We have named both the businesses as well as the property owner as the responsible
party.
I have some analytical results from the CUPA unit who handles the hazardous waste/material regulation/enforcement. I
will send some of them to you shortly as discussed but I have to go through them first since there are many many pages.
Please call me if you have any questions
Best Regards,
Jeffrey Wong
209-468-0335
Lead Senior RENS
Water Quality Unit
