Discussed complaint with Natalia S. SINGH Researched information on Animal Control of San Joaquin County. I called Animal Control at 209-953-6070 and spoke with Animal Control Officer with badge #040. I was informed that there is nothing that they can do about the cats on the property unless they're injured or deceased. She recommended calling animal rescues in the area. 06/22/2021 Referred the complaint to Code Enforcement Officer, Marcel Mann. SINGH 06/23/2021 Mailed Solid Waste Notice To Abate dated 6/21/2021, to Curtis & Paula Newman FIELD at 16950 E Front Street, Linden, CA 95236-9751. Sent by regular and certified mail; Certified Mail Log #7020 1810 0000 3998 5926. 06/23/2021 Reviewed file and housing case. Printed NTA. Cheryl will mail NTA to property SINGH owner and tenant. Received undelivered mail (previous NTA). An alternate address was found for the property owner. 07/09/2021 1749 N Palm Ave., Stockton - Reinspection. I met with Adam Lawrence at the property. He stated the resident was not there, he went to the store. A foul odor was observed in the front of the property. The fly population was light. There were two instances of animal feces in the front yard. Note: Multiple inspections conducted this day. Travel time varied. SINGH 07/12/2021 Received a voicemail from Cliff. His phone number is 209-423-5491. SINGH 07/13/2021 1749 N Palm Ave., Stockton - Reinspection. I met with Cliff at the property. Cliff gave me permission to take pictures. I did not observe animal feces on the front yard. I did observe Cliff pouring a bottle of pine sol on different areas of the front lawn. I couldn't smell any odors due to the overwhelming smell of pine sol. The fly population was light. Adam L. was at the residence assisting with cleaning it up. Cliff was advised to clean up the animal feces more frequently to prevent further complaints. 07/13/2021 I returned Cliffs call. He mentioned his property has been cleaned. There is no animal feces on it. He also mentioned that he has 3 cats but the other cats that go on his property are not his. He stated he will try to trap the other cats. I informed Cliff that I will be at his residence today for a reinspection. SINGH SINGH Received delivery receipt for certified mail. Updated file. 07/14/2021 Received a call from Cliff. He updated me with issues he's having with his SINGH neighbors. 07/15/2021 Created photologs for the reinspections on 7/9/21 and 7/13/21. Drafted OIR.
