Chlorine level ok at 100 ppm and quat at 200 <br /> ppm. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br /> materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Couple of slim foot tiles missing on kitchen <br /> floors close to food prep cooler. Cashier and hall lacks floor base. Base is required in all of these areas.At cashier area and <br /> hall way(to be used only for paper products)it is ok to install rubber coving or regular ceramic tiles. In kitchen area install <br /> either coved slim foot tiles with 3/8 inch radius coving or Schluter with ceramic tiles. <br /> Walls at cashier area and hall way are absorbent. Owner wants to seal concrete. Seal with wall epoxy seal (2-3 coats). <br /> Beverage pass thru window lacks corner guards. Install and seal. <br /> NOTE: Ok if owners prefers to use Schluter at cashier and hallway that is also acceptable. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
