Inspector Baker, Please find the attached used oil receipts missing during the inspection that took place on the 18`h. These copies will be sent to the store to be placed in the store's Record Retention Binder. In addition the missing waste codes occurred when Safety-Kleen was our oil/waste vendor. AutoZone is now working with World Oil and this subject was broached and we have been assured that the waste codes will be on all environmental documentation that requires it. I am still trying to locate the final copy of the manifest and completing the site map. Please let me know if this will satisfy these violations on this inspection. Regards! It will have a signature on the bottom line. You can get a copy here if you can't find it: https://hwts.dtsc.ca.gov/. There was also a third report in case you didn't get that one as well.
