The complainant <br />states that the site has solid waste and litter throughout the site. A site visit was conducted on June 22, <br />2021. The results of the site visit revealed a vacant lot with a lot of trash, old mattresses, junk, and litter <br />spread throughout the property. This is a violation of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code: <br />Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2400; Accumulation of refuse, waste, and filth is prohibited <br />Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2403; Frequency of Service <br />It is also a violation of Title 14 California Code of Regulation (T14 CCR): <br />T14CCR, Section 17312; Container required <br />T14CCR, Section 17331; Frequency of removal <br />Effective immediately remove all unauthorized solid waste from this location to an approved disposal <br />site or an authorized recycling facility, within 7 days of receipt of this notice and provide <br />1868 E.
