The zoning is R/L. I called SINGH <br />Republic Services and spoke with Nancy. Nancy stated the residence does not <br />have active service. <br />After the inspection, a NTA was drafted and a photolog was created. Updated file. <br />Emailed Charlie Youn, Public Works, for a start service letter. <br />07/09/2021 517 S Walker Ave., Stockton - Complaint inspection. The complaint alleges there SINGH <br />is a lot of garbage, junk and dry grass in the yard. A utility trailer with filled with <br />solid waste was observed south of the home. There was also solid waste at the <br />foot of the trailer. Junk and trash observed in the area south of the home. The <br />front gate was locked, so I was unable to make contact with anyone living at the <br />residence or leave my card. <br />Note: Multiple inspections conducted on this day, travel time varied. <br />07/12/2021 Mailed Solid Waste Notice To Abate to Juan and Elisa De Jesus at 517 S Walker FIELD <br />Lane, Stockton, CA 95215-5940. Sent by regular and certified mail; Certified Mail <br />Log #7020 1810 0000 3998 6015. <br />07/13/2021 Received and reviewed start service letter from Charlie. Updated file. SINGH <br />07/19/2021 Received a couple of emails from Elisa Leocadio (elisacristina88@gmail.com). <br />Disposal receipts, hazardous waste disposal receipt and pictures of the cleaned <br />up property were submitted to EHD. There were several correspondences <br />between Elisa and myself. Elisa also provided an invoice for active garbage <br />collection service. I called Republic Services and spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer <br />stated the address does have active service and they are current on payments. <br />I called Elisa at 209-898-9940, I was unable to leave a message due to her <br />mailbox being full. <br />I emailed Elisa and informed her that the complaint will be abated. <br />SINGH <br />07/20/2021 Reviewed and updated complaint.
