Complaint alleges the residents SINGH
at this house are feeding numerous stray cats and it is causing a huge problem
with all of the cat feces and urine. Two piles of cat food was observed on the front porch with bowls of water.
Cat feces was observed on the front lawn and on the east side of the home. Three
kittens were also observed on the east side of the home. I spoke with the property
owner, Edmund Robinson. He stated he has 10 cats, most are kittens and that he
will have the kittens adopted when they're 2 months old. He also mentioned he
has landscapers clean his property every Wednesday.
