From our review, the septic repairs in the vicinity appear to consist of <br />the addition of leach lines and sumps. These repair permits can be found in Appendix D. <br />8.0 PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION <br />A site map indicating the location of the percolation test hole location for the parcel is <br />included as Plate 2 in Appendix A of this report. <br />At 33503 S Koster Road, one shallow percolation test was placed approximately 80 feet north <br />of the south parcel boundary and approximately 25 feet east of the western parcel boundary <br />which runs parallel, within the anticipated leach field area. The shallow soil boring was <br />advanced on the property with a 4-inch hand auger. Approximately two (2) inches of "pea <br />gravel" was placed in the bottom of the open soil boring after the sides were scratched to
