PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br />San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 087 Page 12 depicts the site parcel (APN 087- <br />122-090) in the center of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north (087-122-100), <br />west (087-121-360), south (087-122-080), and east (087-122-400) by single-family <br />residential properties. The west side of the property is bordered by Virgil Street. The <br />parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br />1.4. SITE MAP <br />A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br />trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br />2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br />The property is currently a vacant lot that is used for miscellaneous storage. The former <br />single-family dwelling on the property was demolished in 1996. Prior to the development <br />of the former dwelling, the property may have been used for light agricultural purposes. <br />The property is situated approximately 2.0 -miles east of the city of Stockton in the north - <br />central portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br />2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br />The property does not have a source of water. A domestic water well will be constructed <br />during site development. The proposed septic system will be installed over 100 feet away <br />from the proposed domestic water well and all surrounding water wells (Figure 2). <br />3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br />The property does not have an existing septic system. The proposed septic system is <br />planned to be installed in the eastern area of the subject property (Figure 2). The <br />proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of a 1,200 -gallon septic tank with two <br />compartments and a 1,000 -square foot filter bed. The septic system will be connected to <br />the three-bedroom home planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 <br />days a year. <br />
