The sink is washed and sanitized before switching tasks. <br />Re inspection is required in 4 weeks. Provide evidence of violations correction to Environmental Health Department within 4 <br />weeks to avoid billable re inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
