It was assumed that the test <br /> hole and percolation test result is representative of the subsurface conditions in the general <br /> area. <br /> If there is a substantial amount of time between the submission of this study and <br /> commencement of work at the site, or if conditions have changed due to construction <br /> activities or natural causes at or adjacent to the site, we recommend that our report be <br /> reviewed to access the applicability of the recommendations and conclusions with <br /> consideration regarding changed conditions and or lapse of time. This report should not <br /> be used after 3 years without a review and update from our office. <br /> Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions <br /> proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
