AECOM <br /> • Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by EPA Method SW826013; and <br /> • California Title 22 Metals by EPA Method SW6010B. <br /> Each water sample will be analyzed for TPH-g and TPH-d by EPA Modified Method SW8015 and VOCs <br /> by EPA Method SW8260B. <br /> Following receipt of the laboratory analytical results, the IDW will be transported off-site by Belshire <br /> Environmental Services for disposal. The soil and water will be transported to an appropriate disposal <br /> facility. Newark will be listed as the generator on the disposal manifests and bill of lading, and the disposal <br /> manifest will be signed by a Site representative. <br /> Removed well vaults and concrete pads will be transported back to the selected drilling subcontractor's <br /> yard and disposed of as construction debris. <br /> Schedule and Reporting <br /> AECOM will conduct field work within 30 days after receiving the well destruction and encroachment <br /> permits (subject to subcontractor availability). Utility-locating field activities are expected to take 1 full day. <br /> Well destruction activities are expected to occur a minimum of 4 days after utility-locating field activities <br /> and are expected to take 5 full days. IDW removal is expected to occur a minimum of 4 weeks after <br /> completion of well destruction activities and is expected to take 1 day.AECOM will prepare a Draft Well <br /> Destruction Report (Report)for RWQCB within 45 days of completing field activities. The Report will <br /> document completed well destruction activities and, at a minimum, will include the following: <br /> • Objectives; <br /> • A summary of completed field activities; <br /> • Field notes, including a table comparing the estimated and actual volume of grout used; <br /> • Tables and figures recording the well destruction volumes and locations; <br /> • Relevant documentation including the San Joaquin County well destruction permit, City of Stockton <br /> encroachment permit, completed well destruction forms, DWR-188 Well Completion (Well <br /> Destruction) Reports, and disposal manifests or bills of lading for disposal of IDW; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> AECOM will incorporate any RWQCB review comments and revise the Report prior to the Final Report <br /> submission within 15 days of receiving RWQCB comments. <br /> Limitations <br /> Some background information and other data that AECOM has used in preparing this Work Plan were <br /> furnished to AECOM by third parties.AECOM has relied on this information as furnished and is neither <br /> responsible for nor has confirmed the accuracy of this information. <br /> aecom.com <br /> Our Reference 60632236 <br /> 4/6 <br />
