Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per manager, he is not aware of the complaint. <br /> All kinds of chicken in facility are either received frozen ( Boneless wings or chicken tenders)or received fresh at 41 F. Frozen <br /> meat are kept in the freezer to be fried (made by order). Fresh chicken is received at 41 F to be kept in walk in cooler(41 F) <br /> or in the display 1 D Arctic Air cooler by the fryers station (41 F). <br /> I checked the temp of the cooked chicken.Temperature varies from 193F and 168F. <br /> I requested from manager to cook frozen boneless wings and frozen chicken tender during my inspection. Boneless wing is <br /> fried at 350F for 7 minutes and temp was at 209F.
