Section 9-1025.9, Noise, exempts noise sources associated with construction, provided such activities do not take place before 6:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. on any day.Additionally, any mechanical device, apparatus or equipment used, related to, or connected with, emergency activities or emergency work shall be exempt from County noise standards. City of Stockton Municipal Code As previously mentioned, the City of Stockton (City) is located approximately one mile from the Project site. Due to this distance, sensitive receptors will not be impacted by construction noise or stationary noise sources on the Project site but have the potential to be impacted by transportation noise sources, such as cars and trucks, traveling to and from the Propose Project site. The City of Stockton regulations with respect to noise are included in Chapter 16.60, Noise Standards, of the City's Municipal Code. Section 16.60.040, Standards, establishes noise standards for transportation related noise sources.These standards are presented in Table 4.15-9. Noise 4.15-16 October 2021
