Due to this distance, sensitive receptors will not be impacted by construction noise or stationary <br /> noise sources on the Project site but have the potential to be impacted by transportation noise sources, <br /> such as cars and trucks, traveling to and from the Propose Project site. <br /> The City of Stockton regulations with respect to noise are included in Chapter 16.60, Noise Standards, of <br /> the City's Municipal Code.
