Administrative Draft Environmental Impact Report <br /> Gill Medical Center Project <br /> The Surrounding Agricultural Lands Score was determined to be 90 given that 296.37 acres of the <br /> 357.20 acers (82.97 percent) within in the LESA Zone of Influence were determined to be currently <br /> producing agricultural crops (DOC 2018) (see Table 4.4-2. LESA Zone of Influence, below, and <br /> Table 6 in Attachment A in Appendices Q. <br /> The Protected Lands Resource Score is computed similarly to the Surrounding Agricultural lands <br /> Score.The Protected Lands Resource Score accounts for Williamson Act contracted lands, publicly <br /> owned lands maintained as park, forest, or watershed resources, and lands with agricultural, <br /> wildlife habitat, open space, or other natural resource easements that restrict the conversion of <br /> such land to urban or industrial uses. The Protected Lands Resource Score was determined to be <br /> 0 given that 40.81 acres of the 357.20 acres (11.42%) within the LESA Zone of Influence were <br /> found to be under Williamson Act Contracts (San Joaquin County 2015) (see Table 7 of <br /> Attachment A in Appendices Q.
