I'm also sending you our employee training form attached in this email. I remember you wanted to have Debra's full name so this is updated with that. Please let me know if there's is anything else you would like and if the statement of understanding and compliance form is all good. Also, I believe I've submitted our hazardous materials business plan that's due by Jan. 15 with our CERS submittal but I got an email reminding me to update it. I'm not sure if I missed something in the submittal or if it's all good. Would you please be able to check that for me?
