As per owner, they are using the 3 comp sink to wash hands. Soap and paper <br />towels dispensers are available. <br />Dish washer is not connected and as per owner, it is not used. They wash manually utensils at the 3 comp sink. <br />Mop sink is not connected and they use the toilet to dispose the waste water. <br />As per owner, he will install a new hand wash station at the back kitchen and he will install the mop sink by the back storage <br />room. <br />QUAT tablets and bleach are on site. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
