STATE SOLID WAS GEMENT BOARD Solid Waste Facility Permits Decision 8-148 SUBJECT: Proposed solid waste facility permits. Submitted by the San Joaquin Local Health District as local enforcement agency. FI24DINGS: The State Solid Waste Management Board makes the following finding of facts 1. Proposed solid waste facilities permits for the following facilities in San Joaquin County have been subm teed to this Board for concurrence with or objection to their issuance. The proposed permits are for the following facilities: Forward, Inc. Sanitary Landfill 39-AA-015 Forward, Inc. Transfer Station 39-AA-020 Stockton Scavenger Assoc. Yard Transfer Station 39-AA-019 2. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the applicable county solid waste management plans; and 3. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal; and 4. The State Solid Waste Management Board and its staff have reviewed the proposed solid waste facilities permits and concur with the form and content of those permits. CONCLUSION: The proposed solid waste facilities permits comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 7.3 of the Government Code, and with the require- ments of the State Solid Waste Management ard% Consequently, the State Solid Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of the subject proposed solid waste facilities permits.
