Per the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) <br /> hazardous waste report generator, the following consolidated manifests were observed in the system, but not at <br /> facility: <br /> -1/20/2021, 15 gallons of used antifreeze <br /> -1/20/2021,400 gallons of used oil <br /> -8/19/2020, 900 gallons of used oil <br /> -10/22/2020, 80 gallons of used antifreeze <br /> -10/22/2020,450 gallons of used oil <br /> -9/27/2019, 360 gallons of used oil <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 27, 2021. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
