All of the hazardous materials and hazardous wastes have been <br />removed from the site. The tenant, National Express Transit Corporation, left the property as of 8/25/2021, per <br />the facility's CERS submittal on 8/25/21. A 2,000 gallon clean tank, previously used to store used oil, remains <br />on-site and is posted as permanently closed. Per John Coose, Facilities Superintendent, San Joaquin Regional <br />Transit District (RTD) will not be generating or storing hazardous materials or hazardous waste at this facility at <br />this time, and does not plan to do so in the near future. The facility will be inactivated from the Aboveground <br />Storage Tank (AST) program. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
