(f) GENERAL STANDARDS, I am requesting that <br /> a proportionate setback reduction be granted due to the following reasons. <br /> 1. The property line was established by San Joaquin County in the early 1940s. The <br /> property line is fifteen (15)feet from the edge of the pavement. <br /> 2. The current commercial zoning was granted at that time and no fence setback <br /> requirement was provided/known to the property owner at that time.
