The property line was established by San Joaquin County in the early 1940s. The <br /> property line is fifteen (15)feet from the edge of the pavement. <br /> 2. The current commercial zoning was granted at that time and no fence setback <br /> requirement was provided/known to the property owner at that time. I own this parcel <br /> since April 202o and want to comply with the County requirements as reasonably as <br /> possible. <br /> 3.
