Per manager the restroom will be <br />remain closed until the wall/structural issues are fixed. <br />Currently the public uses the employee restroom. <br />Foods in the warmer are kept for 3 hours max, all the food observed were within hold time. <br />Discussed report with manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
