The pipes on the back of the ice machine appeared to have been broken/damaged. <br /> Discontinue use of ice machine until it is repaired so it discharges into the floor sink or is replaced. Email picture of <br /> correction to dafonskaia@sjgov.org within 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed ice scoop stored in ice at front counter ice well. Store ice scoop in a cleanable container when <br /> not in use. Corrected on site. <br /> Observed uncovered food items in walk-in. Cover immediately to protect from contamination. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Observed tubs of sour cream stored on <br /> floor in walk-in. Store all food items at least 6 in. above floor to protect from contamination. Correct immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving.
