Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The walk-in was 45 F, per owner this was due to it being opened frequently when they were bringing in <br /> food from the food truck. Provide 41 F or below today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> walk-in--45.00°F hand sink--back room--100.00°F <br /> 3 comp sink--back room--120.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> The ansul system for the exhaust in the back room was triggered. <br /> Per owner they were not cooking anything back there when the alarm triggered and these was no fire. <br /> The gas was shut off when the alarm triggered but it was turned back on during the inspection.The electricity was not shut <br /> off. <br /> The back room was cleaned of any fire suppression debris. <br /> Per owner there was no food in the back room when the ansul system was triggered. <br /> The alarm triggered at around 12:30 PM and the fire department arrived shortly afterwards. <br /> The ansul system was being serviced during the inspection. <br /> Okay to re-open once ansul system has been serviced and is operational the exhaust hood filters are installed. <br /> Discussed report with owner. <br /> No signature captured. <br /> FA0025328 C00054534 SC544 12/23/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
