Nitrate Loadina Estimate <br />Nitrate loading calculations were employed for the existing homes on Parcels 1 and 3. <br />For Parcel 2, two nitrate loading scenarios (no new development, and development with <br />two houses) were employed to determine the impact from the minor subdivision to <br />ground water. The nitrate loading calculations utilize the variables discussed <br />previously, which represent the estimated conditions and uses associated with this <br />project. The following tables presents summaries of the assumptions for the nitrate <br />loading calculations for each parcel of the Site, as presented in Plates 16 through 19. <br />Table 4.
